Whole Hog Pork Price List
- All Pork is raised on pasture and in woodland environments; the way nature intended.
- All pork is of a heritage variety, making the quality of meat superior to that of commercial types; redder than conventional pork, somewhat sweeter, and laced with intramuscular fat (marbling), its much tender and juicier.
- A $100 deposit is required at time of order.
- Prices are based on current market environment, and amounts purchased.
- All pork is processed, vacuum sealed, and labeled at a USDA facility and inspected for quality by a certified USDA inspector.
